Tim from Adams was extremely courteous and friendly. He had our furnace back up and running in no time. The furnace had a couple of dirty internal parts and Tim got everything cleaned up quickly all for just the price of a service call.

Tim from Adams Heating called me at 915 tuesday morning and offered to come out between 12:30 and 1:30 that day. He came on time and diagnosed my problem with the heater and fixed it promptly. Excellent service!

The man who came to my house to inspect my furnace absolutely did not inspect the furnace! He shined a flashlight at the furnace for 20 minutes or so and that's about it. He did not inspect the whole unit at all and did not check my thermostat. My issue was short cycling. He then decided my heart exchanger was cracked and said he had bad news.. you need a whole new furnace! Well, my husband had a feeling it was not true and we hired another company to inspect our furnace and what do you no it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. So a 3000.00 dollar repair/replacement went down to 45.00 dollars. I looked up the cracked heat exchanger and the first thing that came up was beware of scams with heat exchanger cracks. The technicians claim a cracked heat exchanger and bam they made thousands of dollars. He did not even have a carbon monoxide detector.. which is needed to detect carbon monoxide in the home from a cracked heat exchanger! Sorry but I do not recommend this company at all!

According to home advisor, this place was the only authorized installer for the ecobee 4 thermostat- which is the main reason I hired them. Yet, when he showed up he had never installed this type of thermostat. He did get it hooked up, but after installing the wiring wrong twice. He didn t even look at the instructions until he had wired it up wrong.

I had these guys install a new furnace and central air for my 89 year old father and they where fast and did a great job. even gave my dad a discount for his service in the military.

They came to the house to diagnosis the problem quickly. Everyone that I dealt with were friendly, polite, and knew what they were doing. I have dealt with a couple of other places who were terrible so I greatly appreciated dealing with Adams. Would recommend them to anyone.

The first tech that came out basically said nothing was wrong with my air though the day he came out was cool. I called back and the owner came. Very nice person but flat out told me that if he'd have known I had a home warranty he never would have come. He added Freon which of course my warranty did not cover. The air never did get fixed.

I had Adams Heating and Cooling come to my home last Sunday and my air conditioner was gone it was from the 1950s got a great bargain on a Lennox product and was installed surprisingly enough three days later these guys are fast and very proficient I would recommend them anytime for quality and price I was floored at how cheap I was able to get a new system of the quality of Lennox big shout out to Tim what a great guy
