New home built, had all HVAC installed & 100% happy! 10 years later & all is still running great. I would highly recommend them, very friendly, punctual & best prices around.

Bought a condo (10 years old) that had a Rheem heat pump system. Got humongous electric bills, so had unit checked -- finding out that the unit was basically running on the secondary heat unit for some time (even though the real estate disclosure agreement showed previous owner stating all was functional).
Had our previous "big name" heating and A/C contractor (whom we've purchased units from and had annual servicing for 18 years) check the system and they attempted to fix (since the previous owner of our condo married one of their exec's)!! Also said they would provide a reduced price if we wanted to purchase a new unit. Since the 'fix' didn't work -- unit still ran on secondary heat, and didn't provide any air conditioning, I elected to get a new system. The 'big name' contractor gave me quotes for various systems 'at reduced prices' which I felt were not very reasonable. A neighbor suggested Greg and Ray from Accurate Air Flow, so I called them. They installed the system I wanted which had been quoted from the "big name" contractor -- and all at 44% less cost.
