Darrin came to my rescue on a short notice and on a busy Saturday when no one else would. I live out of town and needed handyman work on a rental property I own in Powell over the weekend. Other businesses were offering me a 1 to 2 weeks appointment, but Darrin Collier of Xclusive Homes took the time to help me and did quality work at a very reasonable price. I am forever grateful.

Darrin is a friendly caring person and does great work. I had a tricky project of a very heavy 100+ year old solid wood door to install on a barn door track. It was also very thick. He figured out a way to make it work. He also did some other things for me while here. He is very good with follow up. I would be happy to hire him again.

My wife and I recently purchased a house in Grove City. It needed many changes to make it our home. Thanks to Xclusive Home (Darrin Collier) the biggest changes were accomplished before we moved in. We first met Darrin just 2 weeks before our move-in date. Painting every wall of every room before we moved in was the number 1 thing on our project list, followed closely by dry-locking the entire basement. We were concerned that we had waited too long to get the work contracted to be able to have it completed before we moved in. Darrin had a painting crew in within just a couple of days and they did a great job with the painting. Before the painting began Darrin removed all the shelving in every closet and put it all back when the painting was completed others we had talked to about painting the closets seemed hesitant or unwilling to do this. Darrin had some good suggestions for improving the crawlspace and he did a great job with those. After the house painting and dry-locking were completed we decided we wanted to get the garage painted and the basement and garage floors as well. Next, we wanted to change up the bathroom so Darrin removed a cabinet on the wall that we didn’t like, changed out all the hardware on the walls, and replaced all the plumbing fixtures including the toilet. Not only was the whole-house painting completed before our move-in date but all the last-minute extra jobs got done with a few days to spare! And, when the work was done, everything was cleaned up! We appreciate Darrin’s attention to detail and commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. We also appreciate the great suggestions he provides. Darrin is personable and easy to work with. He knows what he’s doing and explains everything thoroughly. Darrin is also trustworthy. We’ve already recommended him to our mom for some ceramic tiling, drywall, and painting work that she needed to have done and he did a good job for her too. We are planning to have Xclusive Home do more projects for our house-to-home makeover in the new future. To anyone needing a good contractor, please read this review! My husband and I were selling our home and an inspector found some damage under both sets of double french doors that we not aware of. It seems that builders do not protect the wood with metal sheeting so that when it rains the water that runs down your door will not just soak into the wood causing any wood exposed to rot. Including the floor joist holding up your house! Well we knew we had to find someone who knew what they were doing. I took to the internet and found a contractor that had the best reviews. That was Exclusive Home with Darrin Collier. He made an appointment with us right away, and was right on time. He looked at what we had going on, and unfortunately it was not all going to be an easy fix. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable, and was at work with in a few days. A few of those days were bitter cold, but Darrin came prepared and worked through it. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. His work was great quality, and was finished in good time. There were also a few small items on the inspectors list that he fixed as well for a reasonable price. When he was finished everything was cleaned up and looked great. The buyers were pleased with his work, and his one year guarantee was transferable to the new owners. In short, Exclusive Home was a good find, Darrin was pleasant to work with. Knew his stuff, and was very professional. We will defiantly be calling on him again at the new home. I already have a few changes in mind!

Very professional and trustworthy. He did an excellent job repairing a large portion of our wall. He answered all of my questions, concerns and best of all was very flexible with our busy schedules. I will definitely use Xclusive Home for any other home repairs or upgrades in the future.

I'm very happy with their service. They came to my home the next day after I called (which was also a problem with other contractors that didn't even pick up the phone or called back). They fixed my door in less than an hour and the work was very clean and professional, looks perfect.
