When I contacted Larry to schedule inspection, he responded quickly. For the first inspection, he showed up early and for the second inspection, he was delayed about 10 minutes and called to let me know he was running behind. His inspection reports were thorough with complete explanation of issues including photos. I was present for both inspections and he took the time to explain issues.

The service went fine. They did a good job and recommended things to be repaired, taking pictures too. Came back for the final walk-through to make sure everything was fixed according to the appropriate standards.

Larry is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. In the first home he identified poor workmanship, leaks and a major mold problem. Something we never saw but he caught it. We canceled the home purchase based on his findings and are glad we did. The mold test (which he suggested ordering) showed black mold in majority of the house. This is the toxic mold that it would take a LOT of money to get rid of. In the second house he identified any problems and documented them with pictures. We gave Larry's list to the owner and he agreed and fixed everything on the list. We are very glad we went with him!

HE CAN DO A BETTER JOB. WE FINALLY FOUND SOME OF OUR WATER PIPES WERE NOT INSTALLED AS GOOD AS OTHERS.

LARRY WAS AT THE HOUSE BEFORE US, CHECKING THE ROOFING. HE WALKED FIRST-TIME BUYERS THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND GIVING GOOD POINTERS FOR FUTURE MAINTENANCE. FOUND SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT SELLERS ADDRESSED. LARRY WORKED WITH THE TERMITE INSPECTOR, TOO. EVERY SINGLE THING HE POINTED OUT (E.G., A CRACK IN THE BASEMENT BLOCK THAT WAS SUPERFICIAL) HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY PROFESSIONALS IN THOSE AREAS (PLUMBERS, CONTRACTORS, ROOFERS, ETC.); I WOULDN'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE!
