My Viking machine had an intermittent problem where the needle would stop, but the motor would continue to run. I was very impressed with how professional the staff was at Easton. They provided me a floor model to use while mine was being serviced. The repairs were fully covered by warranty. The repair was completed in one week. I wished the repair took longer as the floor model was a more expensive model than mine.
Even when my machine is out of warranty, I will continue to work with Easton Viking to have my machine tuned and/or repaired if necessary.
They also sent in my old 40 year old Singer Diana to repair the bobbin gear. Unfortunately manufacturer parts were no longer available. They did not charge me for making a diagnosis. They made some suggestions of who may be able to find used parts and repair this machine.

They are wonderful, professional and really great. It does not matter who I talk to there; they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I have taken my machine in there with my projects and they always are willing to help; I am impressed with their service. Their machine prices are fair market value.
