 + -1 moreI just use it for calls, and I feel what I pay is too expensive just for that service. I use them because of better service, and other family members are on that service, so it becomes cheaper.

 + -1 moreHAVE USED VERIZON WIRELESS FOR MANY YEARS. OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH PHONE SERVICE, AND COVERAGE AREAS. PHONE CALLS OCCASIONALLY DON'T MAKE PHONE RING, THEY GO DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL. ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR HELP AT THIS LOCATION, RECENTLY WAITED AN HOUR. REPRESENTATIVES DON'T SEEM VERY FAMILIAR WITH FEATURES OF THE VARIOUS PHONES THEY OFFER. HAVE DECIDED TO RENEW SERVICE, AND PURCHASE PHONES FROM ONE OF THEIR VERY HELPFUL PHONE REPS. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
Description of Work: STOPPED AT STORE TO RENEW CONTRACT, AND GET NEW PHONES. PRICE LISTED IS FOR MONTHLY SERVICE.
