Terrible, terrible. I was going to show the rental late in the day, and they were supposed to show up, and clean several hours before. They never showed up (and didn't call either), and I was forced to show a dirty rental. When I contacted them, they apologized, and told me they would go over later that day, and do the job. When I checked it out the next day, it was difficult to tell that they had even been there at all. Everything was still very dirty. I wasn't surprised considering the fact that there is little lighting in the empty house, and they were there after dark! When I called to let them know about it, they told me that I should have hired a janitor service instead of them, even though I explained the job in full to them before hiring them. I told them I didn't want to pay because it looked like they never even showed up. They insisted on being paid, and agreed to drop the price 25 dollars. I reluctantly sent them a check just to put an end to the awful experience.
