TREE BUSTER TREE SERVICE

Extremely dissatisfied. Owner, John Bumgardner, walked me through each tree and explained what would be done. For 6 trees he was going to charge me $600! He quickly dropped his price, ultimately to $450. He and his crew worked less than two hours total and did not complete the project. There was no trimming above about 10 feet. He told my wife he would be back the next day to send a "climber" to cut the overhanging branches, as well as thin out our large tree. There were also 4 piles of branches in our yard and our neighbors yard. Miscellaneous branches were also strewn throughout yard. Not good clean-up. John and his crew never showed up again. I called and left two messages inquiring on his return. No return phone call. I ultimately "stopped pay" on the $450 checks until I heard back from him. He eventually visited my home, extremely unprofessional, and made my wife feel uncomfortable. I was not there, but soon phoned him. Again, extremely unprofessional on the phone. I ultimately decided to pay him $200 for the two hours of work he had performed. DO NOT HIRE!!
