I started going to Dr. Winchester to address some low back and hip pain. I have also been treated successfully for ankle pain and neck pain. I have purchased pharmaceutical grade supplements and Arnicare, which really works to reduce swelling and brusing. The care is topnotch.

Dr. Firestine included intense Physical Therapy in his treatment plan. I started PT with Matt (I know there's 2 Matt's but I only saw Matt #1). If someone asks for Matt #1, they would know who it is. The PT was hard at first but I did my exercises at home continually and saw improvement. Matt made therapy enjoyable and was always in a bright, energetic, enjoyable mood. That's good especially on a day when the pain might be pretty bad.
I also had 2 massages there. They were both good and very knowledgeable. They gave very helpful tips on how to relax at home and ways to even help deal with pain.

Do - be prepared to feel better. Do expect friendly staff and smiles when you walk in. Do expect to feel welcomed and comfortable while you are there. Do expect excellent care. Do expect follow up phone calls.
Don't expect to be fixed in one visit - especially if it your first time there. There will be more visits in the beginning just to get your body where it needs to be but don't worry - you will start to feel better and you will go less frequently.

My experience with The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic has been very good. I haven't been there in about six months, but it's a very nice place and has a very nice chiropractor. They were also listed in my insurance network.

My son and I both see Dr. Lindsay Sneyd at Winchester Chiropractic and have been going for over a year. Dr. Sneyd uses the Gonstead technique which is much more gentle than other chiropractors I've seen. I feel like her approach is much more effective.

I've been going to them for about three years now. I like them because they don't hurt my back.

She’s fabulous and probably the best doctor I have. She is able to solve problems without traditional medical care. I have some pretty bad back issues and she’s been able to get me up and running quickly. I’ve never gotten a medication from her in the last two years I’ve been seeing her.

I am a current patient at the Winchester Chiropractic. I have seen her about 5 visits and so far the treatment and experience has been very good. The first visit includes x-ray which is done inside the office. The office is very clean and new. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful in getting you schedule in advance. The adjustment she did helps my back feel better. The licensed massage therapist is available in the office and available with the treatment. The office is definitely the nicest one I have seen in any chiropractic office around. The schedule is accommodating considering I am seeing her after my work hours (after 5:30 pm and sometimes 6:30 pm) She also has a Saturday hours available. My insurance has 25 available visits/year and I am paying $300 out of pocket for the deductible.

They have a very friendly staff and doctor. They are very prompt about getting you into the office. The clinic includes a massage therapy clinic that they are able to bill under insurance.
