Joseph Cippola did a great job. He is an old-school craftsman. He was recommended by the foreman of our window supplier as one of the few painters who will scrape and paint wood windows correctly to avoid future water damage.  You need to leave a little paint overlapping each part of the glass where the wood touches glass to make a good seal.
He arrived promptly for all estimates and work, and he played classical music on his radio while he worked rather than the loud rock that you usually hear.  He is a very pleasant man and a great conversationalist to boot!    He worked hard until the job was complete. He never took time off and left us hanging like other contractors have done.
Considering the amount of work that goes into properly scraping, priming, and putting two finish coats on a twelve-pane window, we considered his work to be very fairly priced.
