I cannot say enough good things about the Muirfield location (Powell). After a negative experience with a previous center director, the director at this center is a godsend! It is very clear that this is not just a center focused on maximum profit--the well-being of the children is paramount. The staff has been very carefully chosen not just based on qualifications, but also personality compatible with the needs of the children they are to take care of. For example, the director hired infant teachers who love to talk, talk, talk to the babies because of the importance for language development at that age. The ratios are very reasonable and the rooms are well-equipped and very large. Everyone has always been so warm and caring toward my son. Any concerns I had (and there were not many!) have been addressed in a very professional and friendly manner to my 100% satisfaction. I only wish that the center were more centrally located, but honestly at this point if we ever moved I would probably drive clear across town so that my son could continue to attend this center.
