They do a wonderful job. They are fast--in and out in 1/2 hour. Their price is right also. Highly recommend.

Jon provided my lawn care throughout this past season after my regular guy had to retire. Initially Jon and his crew did a very good job and were responsive to emails, once they got the email system up & running. As the season wore on, though, the quality started to suffer and responsiveness was dismal. there were several things damaged in my yard that i emailed jon about (a pepper plant was decapitated and a step was slightly damaged). I did not hear back from him about either, even after several emails about each. Jon did a nice job protecting my cedar fence when he trimmed around it, using the trimmer on a low speed. However, the quality of the work was spotty. The quality of the mows was also spotty - some weeks it would look great and other weeks there would be long stretches of a 6-8 inch wide line of grass that the mower had missed. i asked if there was perhaps something going on later in the season that may explain the change, but was told no and did not get back specific responses about my concerns. I also asked if there was a better way to get in touch with them than email, but phone messages didn't seem to do much better either. I do think their quality of work can be high, but it's inconsistent and communication is poor. asked above if i would use them again, i put yes - if it was a one-time or short project that didn't require much communication.
Response from THE LINKS LANDSCAPING
"The customer's damage pertained to dog toys in the yard that i picked up weekly for her, which were scattered all over the yard. There were at least 30 different toys located there throughout the week and I do not recall ever not picking them up or damaging them. I do try and stay away from anything fragile with the string trimmer and as far as the pepper plant decapitation, it may have been done by the trimmer, or it could have been done by an animal as there was no fence or even a border between the grass and it. The step that is mentioned is news to me. I check my email often and try to make sure my customers are satisfied with my work. If I have ever damaged anything, I am more than willing to repair, or replace the damaged item(s). Thank you for your constructive criticism and best of luck to you and your next lawn care company. Oh and also make sure you pay them for their work when they remove leaves from your yard. I guess all that money I was owed will go toward fixing your damages."

Jon aerated my lawn. He was prompt in returning my call and in scheduling the service. He showed up as promised and a great job. I got a discount because I was able to schedule him with my neighbor at the same time. I learned about the company through the local newspaper, and then checked Angie's' List - he had a couple of reports that were positive.

Jon did a great job. He worked very dilligently until the job was completed. It took 1 1/2 days. We discussed the shape of the bed and what to do with some flat rocks I had in the area. He made the bed the exact shape I requested and moved some of the rocks to line the outer edge of the new bed.

He did a very good job. The concrete edges had not been properly edged in many years. The driveway has some rounded corners and he went back and edged those with a string edging machine. Also, he cleaned up all the loose grass and dirt.
