 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AS FAR AS COMING OUT AND ASSESSING THE SITUATION. HE APPLIED A TREATMENT AND WENT UP IN THE ATTIC THEN SAID IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL HIM BACK. I CALLED HIM BACK AND HE WAS NOT RESPONSIVE. HE CALLED BACK ONLY AFTER I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE BBB. HE NEVER CALLED BACK OR ARRANGED TO COME BACK OUT AFTER THAT SO I ENDED UP USING ANOTHER COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF CARPENTER ANTS IN MY MAPLE TREES.
