He was good but the films aren't very durable. I think it was a fair price. I thought they would last indefinitely. He was very responsive. I don't remember having any issues with anything. I wish I had known it wouldn't have been as durable.

It was kind of a high price, but he did a good job. Less likely to use again because of cost.

On the interior they tinted a big window that does not have a curtain. The quality is good, it's window tinting you don't want bubbles. You can tell when a job is done badly, i was hoping that wasn't the case. They cleaned up after themselves. I ended up tipping them, so I was pleased with their service. They did a fine job. They had someone come out to measure it and give me a price estimate, sent out their crew then followed up; very professional and well managed.

We have 2 vehicles and my son did one too. And we LOVED it. They put the tenting on the windows to cut the sun and it cut down on the heat. We have black interior on the 2 cars that we put it on. And it is amazing on what it does to cut down the heat during the summer time, if your car is outside, and the glare. We are getting up in years, and a lot of the glare and extra UV stuff we don't need. It causes some vision problems with my husband. They also put some kind of ceramic or something on the front windshield that is really very protective. Not a cheap service. It's not going to have wrinkles in it and stuff like that. It's going to look like the glass. He does the tinting for one of the highest end car places in town, he does exotics and stuff like that. He does excellent work. He is very nice. It was fast. They gave us a date, got it done, it was quick and easy. We will be using them again very soon. If you want it done and done right, you don't have to worry about it.

They were very responsive and organized from the get go.  Their consultant came out, showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable about the product, and helped us choose the best solution.  Scheduling was prompt and easy and the installation was performed by a professional crew who showed up on time and did a great job.  We're very happy with the  windows, they look great and it makes a huge difference for the glare and radiant heat from the sun.  We're planning on doing additional windows and doors this spring.

Solartex was professional, courteous and efficient from the start -- I'd sent an email request and they promptly responded.  We had a free estimate, and they were helpful with deciding what would serve our purposes the best, measured the skylights and gave a quote on the spot.  I called soon after to schedule and they got us in pretty quickly -- they showed up on time and got it done!  I was very happy overall with the service, and would definitely use them again!

They were good. The only thing that would have been helpful to know more about the product information and how the product went on. It would be helpful for the person selling the product to tell us about how it was applied. They sprayed solution on it and it is drippy so it soaked our carpet and got our walls wet. I don't have any complaints about them, but I would just tell you to watch out. The price was comparable.

We are very happy with the work Solartex performed. They were on time, professional, and the price was very reasonable. The product significantly reduces the amount of sunlight and glare from our 3 west facing windows. I am extremely happy with the result, and their guarantee (for as long as we own our home) gives me confidence that the product will last.

The installers from Solar Tex arrived on time, 8 AM and promptly got to work. They were very neat and did a great job. They explained the process and what to expect. They did a very neat job and I would recommend Solar Tex if you need film on your windows.

The initial meeting with Missy went well as she was prompt and thorough. She laid out all of our options and helped find the right solution for us. On the day of install the guys were right on time and they were very courteous and we barely even noticed they were here. They walked us through care of the windows once they were done and they cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the look of the tinting and we have already noticed reduced heat and glare from those windows. This is especially noticeable in our 2 story great room which has 3 large windows up top. The room used to heat up every afternoon but i do not notice much of a temperature change anymore. I definitely recommend SolarTex for anyone wanting to reduce glare or heat on those sunny summer afternoons!

Rep was prompt and courteous, emails/phone calls were answered/returned promptly.  Scheduling was a breeze via email.  They showed up on time and were quick and cleaned up after themselves.  Will use again in future for other products around house as needed.

To be honest with you, I haven’t made the decision, so I don’t know why, I think he is a big fan of following Angie’s List, I’m sure it had something to do with it.

A friend referred me to Solartex as a result of a burglary I had at my home. The burglars broke the sliding glass door while I was at work last summer. Although I upgraded my home security system, I still felt vulnerable. Missy from Solartex came out and spoke to me about the security film. We set up an appointment, the installers arrived promptly and installed the security film in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and my windows look great. I would recommend Solartex to anyone who may have a large glass window or glass door and wants some peace of mind.

I have used him for many years.  I would recommend him.  I pay $75 for the work during any season.  He is very prompt and works around the schedule.  He is clean and does inside and out.  He is trustworthy.

Each member of the team was prompt and informative.  Missy came within days of my initial call.  She gave me an estimate per window and explained the available products.  When I requested examples of properties that I could see the installed treatment she promptly emailed the information. She later followed up to see if I had additional questions.
Once I made my decision the work was scheduled quickly.  The day pror to the install I received a phone call to confirm the time.  The morning of the install Jason phoned to confirm that he would be at the house within 20 minutes.  The application went smoothly and Jason made sure that all questions were answered.  They cleaned up after themselves, wore shoes covers to protect the floor;  were respectful of my property. 

It was perfect.  They were wonderful.  They were incredibly professional and the work was done very well.  We would highly recommend using them.

This is the second time I have had SolarTex come out and place security film on my windows.  Everyone at SolarTex is top notch, from Missy to the install team.  I did have an issue with one window form my first service where the film wasn't looking correctly.  I called SolarTex, they came out and stood by their work and said they would fix it.   When I had some work done on some other windows a few weeks later, they came and replaced the film on the window I was having problems with.  Don't now what else to say other then I am extremely happy with the service and the product that I have gotten from SolarTex and have recommend them to a bunch of  people that I know.

They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  The windows will cure for roughly 30 days and I am expecting a lifetime of use from their product.  With this said, I am very shocked at how inexpensive the window film is.  The film can protect against break ins, hurricanes - and damaging UV rays.  Great product - great work by their company.

The lady was really nice who came out and gave an estimate and I will hire them. Their price seems very reasonable.
