This store's Comfort Exchange policy requires that the customer keep the thick plastic casing on the mattress if you want to do an exchange. We found it very difficult to properly evaluate the mattress with the plastic still on. Once we took the plastic off, we realized the mattress was way too hard for us. This resulted in our ultimately having to keep a mattress that was wrong for us, instead of exchanging for one that might have been better. Now, we will only to go to a mattress store that lets you take the plastic off and still do a return and/or exchange within 1-3 months. This policy is why I have rated this retailer with such a low rating for professionalism. Other than this policy, they were very professional, with helpful sales people and prompt delivery. Our low overall rating is because, ultimately, we were not satisfied with the product and had no recourse but to keep it anyway.

We had a very good experience with this store. They don't deal on Tempur-Pedic, but he will throw in some things to make it less painful. They have a good showroom and not too much pressure that you would see elsewhere.
