EVEN THOUGH THE BED WAS ON CLEARANCE, THE SALES REP STILL WORKED WITH US LIKE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, AND HELPED US GET WHAT WE REALLY WANTED. I THINK THAT THE PRICE IS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF BED YOU GET. DELIVERY WAS EARLIER THAN QUOTED. SET UP WAS FAIRLY STRAIGHTFORWARD, AND MOVING THE BED IS EASY! WE LOVE IT.

WE WENT INTO THE STORE AND TRIED THE 3000 AND 5000 SERIES. WE ENDED UP GETTING THE 5000 SERIES MATTRESS. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THE MATTRESS ARRIVED DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND TOOK ABOUT 90 MINUTES TO SET UP. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, AND MY WIFE'S BACK NO LONGER HURTS IN THE MORNING NOW.

GOT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID A NICE JOB SETTING IT UP. THEY ALSO GIVE YOU A 30-DAY TRIAL PERIOD ON THE BED. ONE OF THE PART TIME SALES PEOPLE QUOTED ME A WRONG PRICE, BUT IT WAS CORRECTED BY A MANAGER. NOT A BIG PROBLEM.
