This went on a long time and we never got a resolution from them. I was having leaking of my power steering fluid. I went to Sears to have some work done and for them to check it. They told that I need to go to the Tuttle store because they would need to something called a dye test where they out dye in the fluid and it helps them tell where the fluid is coming from. I went Tuttle at January 28 2012. So they did the test and they said there was a leak and that they needed to replace the pumps, clamps and hoses. When I came back to get the car, there wasn’t anybody else to drive me so I waited at the mall for them to finish and when I went back they said it’s not done yet because they didn’t get the right part and they had to have a second part brought up they said it wasn't fitting properly. So they went ahead and put the second part in and got it done. I was still seeing leaking. So I went back on February 7th of 2012 and told them and they said it was residue from when they did the pump change sand I should go to the car wash. I was still seeing leaking. So I went back. I had to do some other work so I took it to a Firestone station near me and they took me in and showed me under the car while it was on a lift and said you see all this wetness here, it’s a leak from the power steering pump. March 21st they told me they cleaned around the pump and they couldn’t t see any leaking. They said they can’t tell of its leaking because there is road splatter because it was in the winter. I even brought the newspaper in and showed the fluid. I was having an oil change done and they told me the power steering pump was leaking badly. I went back and they said my Rack and Pinion bad. They charged me $653.83 to replace Rack and Pinion. I wouldn’t have kept going back to them except I was trying to get them to fix it under the warranty. They did some kind of pressurization test to try identifying the source of the test. On November 28 I look in and the reservoir holding the power steering fluid is almost empty. On December 4th of 2012 Sears Tuttle put another power steering pump and fluid and didn't charge me for it. January 7th of 2017 the power steering hose is deteriorating and it’s wet in the hose. They replace the hose and clamp and they didn’t charge me. April 9 of 2013, fluid leak checked same leaking. They topped of the fluid and they said the power steering hose lines are loose and the fluid was leaking at all the hose clamps. So the cleaned the hose tighten the camps and topped of the fluid.

My car had been acting up this past week or so. I suspected the battery was reaching the end of its time and needed replaced. So, before it actually died on me, I drive to this Sears Auto Center, walked in without an appointment and asked if they could check my battery as I suspected it was about to fail on me. The staff were quite accommodating and slotted me in between appointments. The staff kept me posted about my service and had me in and out in under two hours. I have always depended on Sears batteries for my cars and was pleased with the service I had. Definitely will use them again.
