We had been referred to Richard but had never met him. We talked on the phone as we put our home in NE Ohio on the market. We sold our home very quickly but weren't in a rush to buy. We wanted to downsize and wanted a ranch style home with a small yard. Richard was sensitive to the needs of an aging population, very specifically to ours. When we finally began looking at homes, he only pointed things out to us that would prove barriers to our integration into city living. He was kind, gracious, sensitive and caring. He wasn't under contract with us at all. He could not have been more professional yet personal. He was always supportive. We have made our transition to the Columbus area and settled into our home. We are in a diverse mixture of ages and have immediate access to medical providers, shopping and our grand kids. Richard's instincts about where we might be most satisfied proved correct. He's an amazing realtor, takes the time to listen to his clients, knows absolutely every provider a person could ever need and many of the best eateries in one's area. His depth of knowledge seems to be unlimited so far. Most importantly - - he never pressured us to buy any property. He was and is a wonderful asset to a seller or a buyer.

Richard was recommended by a co-worker and was just amazing. He really knows his stuff as far as resale values in all areas of town. We told him a price range that we were looking for and once he found out where we worked he found us the perfect home in our price range that was close to work too. He always called back promptly always answered any questions and really took our needs and desires to find the perfect home.
