Very easy to complete the transaction! Rick was very professional. He generally responds in the late afternoons or evenings.

within less than 24 hours of me calling him, did all the

repairs, and had it back to me in about two hours tops.

knew I'd want it.  Get Rick to do everything "motor."

Honestly I think he's a genius, but so humble.  A++ work,

we use him for all our mowers, including riding mower.

He was on time and tuned up and sharpened the blade of our lawn mower.  He attempted to "revive" a gas/oil edger but was unable to do so.  He did recommend a local place to have it repaired, which was helpful.  Overall a good experience, as he comes to you to do the work.

His price was very reasonable, he did a good job on the mower, and I was very happy about it.

Just got the mower back. Major problem was a carburetor gasket leak. He replaced the gasket, cleaned the carburetor, replaced the spark plug, changed the oil, cleaned the air filter, sharpened the blade, adjusted the throttle, retorqued the bolts and cleaned the whole machine and charged only $50 plus $20 for picking up and dropping off the mower. Can't beat that! Really great, nice guy. No wonder he has nothing but praise on his Angie's List page. 

We use Rick every year and he always does an exceptional job.  His turn around time is remarkable considering all of the work he has.  Our lawn mower runs great every year and he is extremely knowledgeable.

Mr. Held performed all services previously discussed including pick up and delivery of one tractor. We would not hesitate to utilize his services in the future.

I have used Rick several times before, and the service is always excellent. Rick picked up my Toro 22" mower, changed the oil and filter, sharpened the blade, cleaned the mower and then delivered it back to me -- all this for a price that is about half of several other local mower shops, who don't pick up or deliver without hefty extra fees.

Rick had it done before I was even ready. Mower looks and runs like it is brand new. He will do things you don't think of..... He is fixing a chain saw, trimmer, and blower for me currently.

I hit a large tree root which bent the blade on my brand new mower as well as threw off the timing of the engine. Rick replaced the blade, which I purchased and did not want to do myself. He also replaced an adapter that had cracked and adjusted the timing so the mower ran as good as new again.

Rick is amazing! We've had really bad luck with our riding lawn mower this year, and he has come through every time. For the biggest project, right at the start of the season, he was busy and quoted two weeks (other companies were quoting 4-6 weeks at that time of year). I was a little over a week from the first call until we had our mower back and working; not bad at all, considering he picked up and delivered the mower. The other three times he was able to come over within a day or two and address the problem. He showed up, was friendly, explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed it on the spot. Amazing work, friendly, efficient, knows his mowers. Great experience!

My Toro had a problem with not being able to cut through medium-to-heavy grass. Rick determined it to be a belt issue and performed a general tune-up. He was able to get the mower repaired fairly quickly (one week) during a busy time of year. Excellent service at a very good price. He was able to get me in much sooner that another company I had planned to use.

Excellent service! He promptly returned my phone call, picked the mower up the next day, completed the repairs, and delivered it back within 3 days. The mower looked like it was just off the showroom floor and works perfectly once again. Rick is friendly, courteous, and provides a great service.

Rick was difficult to get a hold of at first. But when I finally did the turn-around time was fantastic. He picked up my lawn mower on a Friday night and had it delivered, cleaned, and repaired by the next afternoon. You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does.

Richard picked up the lawn mower from our house, did the work, and returned the lawn mower to us. He was excellent to work with. He did a great job for a great price!! Our 3+ year old lawn mower looked brand new when he returned it to us!
