At first work went well. Then they went out of business in our area and things started going bad. They would not give us an itemized list of what they had paid the subcontractors and some subcontractors they did not pay. When we call their office in another state they were very unprofessional. There is some warranty work that needs to be done but they are not here to do it.

THEY WERE VERY PROFFESIONAL AND I DIDNT HAVE ANY DISLIKES ABOUT THEM, AND THEY WERE REALLY RESPONSIVE. THEY CLEANED UP THERE MESS, THEY WERE HASSLE-FREE AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Rhonda was a pleasure to work with and was responsive to my calls and questions while obtaining an estimate. Then when it was time to do the job, two men came over to remove the mold in the attic. They were very courteous, clean, friendly, and hardworking. Even though it was hot outside so it was bound to be uncomfortable working up there, they never complained. They used a combination sander/vacuum to sand the mold off the walls in the attic, and then used an anti-microbial paint to seal the area and prevent future regrowth. Then a different man came to work on building out the ductwork, which should have been a simple job; however, it was complicated by the fact that the fans in our bathroom are vintage and irregular, and he had trouble finding ducts to fit them and thought we might have to replace the fans. It took him two extra days, but he did end up finding the right ducts and got them installed, which saved us money over fully replacing the fans. Excellent experience overall.

I was very pleased with the estimate process and especially the work performed. They were very thorough with finding the source of our water leak and did a great job with containment and cleanup. Remedics gives a worse case scenario estimate and requests a deposit of half that amount. Fortunately our repair was much less than that. It took several phone calls/emails to have the balance credited to our credit card as well as a thorough review of the bill.

They did a great job on my huge basement. They were very professional, timely, courteous, and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

This company is amazing to work with! You would never know that the living room wall had been taken down to the studs. They did the entire remediation, including exterior work to rectify the leaking around the exterior windows. The entire staff is wonderful! I highly recommend Remedics!

We hired this company to perform mold remediation in our basement prior to a large basement finishing project. The salesperson was timely, professional, and helpful. The 2 service men worked tirelessly for 2 days straight, breaking only for lunch. They had the utmost respect for our home and property and health, laying paper on all of our floors to protect them and sealing the door in plastic throughout the project. Very professional job, excellent work, would not hesitate to hire again if necessary or recommend. We were very pleased.

Remedics came out and gave us a free estimate on the job and educated us about mold and whether we should be concerned. Remedics found a cost effective way to remove the mold from the affected area by ''shaving'' the drywall to remove mold down to its root; otherwise, they would have had to remove the affected drywall entirely and re-tile our shower. That recommendation alone saved us hundreds of dollars. The Remedics team took great care in our home - removing shoes, covering all furniture in plastic, isolating the mess with plastic zipped doorways, reworking their schedule to finish the job faster, and even hooking up our washer/dryer when finished! They did a great job cleaning up after their work. I would highly recommend them.

THEY PUT UP A BARRIER TO ISOLATE THE AREA FOR PROTECTION. THEN THEY REPAIRED A LEAK. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! IT WAS OUTSTANDING!

COMPANY WORKS CLOSELY WITH BUCKEYE CARPET WHO PERFORMED THE WATER EXTRACTION AND CARPET REMOVAL. BUCKEYE REFERRED ME WHEN I EXPRESSED DESIRE TO REMOVE DRYWALL AND RESTORE. HAD AN ESTIMATE PERFORMED WITHIN 2 DAYS AND WORK COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING DAY (ON SATURDAY). 2-MAN CREW WAS VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT. THEY SET ADDITIONAL DRYING EQUIPMENT AT NO CHARGE WHEN THEY UNCOVERED SOME RESIDUAL MOISTURE BEHIND THE WALLS. CLEANED UP WORK AREA BETTER THAN HOW THEY FOUND IT.

I GAVE THEM A "C" IN PROFESSIONALISM BECAUSE THEY WERE FLUSHING CAULK DOWN THE TOILET. WE SPENT $45 WITH THEM ON ASSESSING THE KITCHEN SPEAKER PROBLEM. THE MONEY WAS WASTED BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THE SPEAKERS WERE BLOWN WHEN IT WAS REALLY A WIRING PROBLEM. THEY SHAVED OUR FRONT DOOR A LITTLE TOO SMALL TO FIT. IT TOOK SEVERAL (7) CALLS TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY DIDN'T EVEN INSTALL THE LOCK PROPERLY AND THAT WAS A CHORE TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO FIX. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT THEIR FINAL BILL WAS $1,000 OVER ESTIMATE.

REMEDICS PERSONNEL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FUN TO TALK WITH, BUT WHEN I HAD THEM DO WORK FOR ME THE TROUBLE STARTED. THE WORKERS WERE NOT INFORMED THAT I HAD SPECIFIED DETERGENT ONLY, AND USE NO POISONS WHEN CLEANING THE MOLD FROM THE BASEMENT WALLS. MY HOUSE SMELLED OF CHEMICALS FOR 2 FULL WEEKS AFTER THEY LEFT. I HAD ALSO ASKED FOR CAULKING WHERE THE FOUNDATION WALLS WERE CRACKED. LATER WHEN MY PAINTERS FINISHED SCRAPING OFF THE LOOSE CAULKING THAT HAD NOT ADHERED TO THE WALL, LITTLE WAS LEFT AND MOST OF THE CRACKS WERE STILL VOID. I PAID THEM $4000 FOR 2 DAYS OF WORK BY 2 PEOPLE-AFTER THEIR REFUNDS. THEIR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH, THEY CANNOT BE DEPENDED ON TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, AND CONSTRUCTION TYPE PROJECTS THAT ARE UNRELATED TO WATER, FIRE & MOLD DAMAGE MAY NOT BE WELL DONE.

THEY CONTAINED THE AREA, REMOVED THE MOLD, AND REPLACED DRYWALL.

THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. WONDERFUL! WOULD HIRE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

THE ESTIMATOR AND THE WORKMEN WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ESTIMATE WAS SENT PROMPTLY AND WAS EASY TO READ. (THE ESTIMATE WAS ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATE WE RECEIVED FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY.) THE WORKMEN PLACED PLASTIC DUST BARRIERS TO PREVENT DUST FROM ENTERING OTHER PORTIONS OF OUR HOME. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORK FROM REMEDICS.
