Until recently, we did not have many issues with the company however the company did not stop our auto-pay monthly rent payment after our lease expired and we moved out.  Our lease expired on July 31st and we provided a 60 day noticed well before that time informing them we were moving out. After our move out was complete, before the 31st, we emailed the rep to informed her that we had moved out and they could enter the property as well as confirming the monthly ACH had been cancelled. We never received a response from the rep, and when the next monthly payment would have been due they pulled the rent from our account.
