He came out 1st last Sept 6th to check on my bathroom and asked for $1400, because he said he needs to buy supplies. He came back on Sept 25th to asked for additional $700 because he said he will be needing more supplies. After that he did not return, He gave a lot of excuses on why he can't start the work yet. It's been months now and still job was not yet started. Last time that I texted him asking him to return my money because I got a different person who's gonna do the job, he said he's working on it now. The person that I have now to do my bathroom and showers told me that there are not so much things to be done, unlike what he told me. He is not truthful and not dependable.

Missed project scheduled by 3 weeks.

Not a really truthful person. He will tell you how much you?ll saved by using his contractor account from the supplier. But in facts he will benefits the difference by paying him instead to the supplier. How did I know? I called his supplier (Tile Shop on 1000 Morse Rd.) to verify his contractor discount in compared to what he had offered me. Go ahead; ask him to show you the receipt from his supplier.

He will threaten to void his warranty if you didn?t change your design. 

Conclusion
I can't work with dishonest person, but that is just me. I will not hire him again, so is my general contractor.

He is excellent! I am very happy with the results. He was very good about communicating and always showed up when he said he would.

EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK, LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND TIDY. PROVIDED GREAT ADVICE ABOUT MATERIALS AND PROJECT DETAILS. BONUS POINTS FOR PERSISTENT FOLLOW-UP. WE MISSED AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM AND HAD DELAYS ON OUR SIDE, BUT HE KEPT CALLING BACK AND FOLLOWING UP UNTIL WE GOT THE JOB DONE. HE EVEN CALLED WITH UPDATES WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR MATERIALS TO ARRIVE. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

RANDY WAS FLEXIBLE WHEN THE TILE I HAD ORDERED DID NOT ARRIVE. HE WAS ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS TO GET THE WORK DONE.

I had utilized randy for several jobs and after his altercation with another contractor, he walked out on two separate jobs, he removed tools from two contractors he worked with (he took a power washer), he basically left after getting full payment for two jobs and then walked out saying he did not have time for the job, because their was a contractor on my street that he wanted to work with.
