Perfect! Very knowledgable, prompt, responsive, and flexible. Did exactly what I needed, and gave me great recommendations along the way. When we had a minor issue after install, they came right back out and fixed the issue. I will be using their services again.

Initially it went fine but the cables they installed caused the tv to lose some colors and the sound to fade in and out. One reason I used Premiere was their repeated statements that they will fix what they install forever. They initially installed a tv that was too small for the room, which when it started having these problems and fed up with the lousy picture, my son and I installed a new, larger one that worked fine for a while, but soon started to do the same things - lost colors and fading sound. They refused to fix the cable problem, even though I put the tv back that they originally installed and it again was having the same problem. Clearly, they are looking for an excuse to not come out and fix the faulty cables they installed even though the tv they installed and another new one were having the same identical problem.
Also, they have also been consistently slow to respond to calls or emails for various other issues that we have had with the work they have done.

"We have never done a job for the for $ 1,100. We did a whole home audio/video system in 2008, 5 years ago, for $ 24,000+. Late in 2013, Mr. Benton contacted us claiming his TV picture wasn't right. After asking a few questions, we found out that had taken down the TV we installed 5 years ago and put in a 2013 model with his son. I told that we would be happy to come out and take a look at the problem, but there would be a service charge since we did not provide and install the TV. The original TV size was picked by , not us, as all of our customers choose the size of the TV. emailed us in mid 2013 and asked us to give him a price on a new TV for this room. We gave a price along with a model number and we never heard back from him until late 2013, asking us to fix his TV. We never installed HDMI cables for this TV. From 2008 to 2012, we did 4 small jobs for . If we did such a terrible job for him, why did he continue to use us? was angry that we would charge him a service fee for looking at a TV purchased and installed by him. That is why this review is five years after we did the actual work."

I had them install an entire house system---everything from internet and telephone to home entertainment. They out sourced the alarm system, which I did not expect. I would never refer them to anyone. They sold a bill of goods they could not deliver. We actually had to hire another company to help make it all work.

"We decided to part ways with this customer due to inappropriate advances by the customer towards our installers. The installers were very uncomfortable with the situation and we had to make a decision that would be best for our installers."

VERY PLEASANT. JOHN CALLED US BACK RIGHT AWAY AND CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN A DAY TO RECONNECT OUR MUSIC SYSTEM. WE HAD TO DISCONNECT IT TO HAVE CARPET INSTALLED. IF HE HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO IT FOR US, WE WOULDN'T HAVE MUSIC! VERY PLEASANT AND QUICK RESPONSE. PLAN TO CALL THEM WHEN WE UPDATE OUR SYSTEM!

JON IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT HE WORKS WITH AND SELLS. HE WAS WILLING TO HELP US MAKE CHANGES TO STAY IN OUR BUDGET, HE EVEN HELPED US DO OUR PLAN IN PHASES TO MAKE IT MORE AFFORDABLE.
