 + -1 moreMy laptop was having problems booting up, and wouldn't run Windows each time. I took it in to P See (their New Albany location) and they immediately ran a diagnostic test for me (no cost), and determined that my hard drive was going bad (which is what I suspected). They put in a new hard drive, and upgraded my OS to Windows 10 (I had been on Win7) all for about $150. And they had it done for me within a couple of days. Given that the HD itself costs about $50-75, I feel this was a bargain. I highly recommend them for honest, fair-priced service.
