I had been planning to switch veterinary practices for some time - and this was my first visit to Noah's Ask (based on a friend's recommendation). After this positive experience, it will be our family's veterinary practice. The team was patient, caring and non judgmental on questions about vaccinations and indoor-only cats. (The judgmental attitude of my last vet is why I left the practice). Noah's Ark's is the complete opposite -- accepting, helpful, and gentle with pets and their people. The prescribed treatments worked like a charm and I have a healthy, happy cat. 

Clean facility with friendly staff. Darby, our goldendoodle, doesn't mind at all and really likes the staff. We come for our annual check-up, and it always goes great. We had purchased a lifetime of free shots a couple of years ago, so we have saved a lot of money on vaccines.

For the initial check-ups, they were fine and we had no complaints, however when we took one of our cats for the eye color change, they failed to give him the right diagnosis despite some testing. We ended up taking him to another vet, where they correctly diagnosed him for a bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics.
They are very friendly and have very convenient hours, so for basic check-ups they are fine, but we feel that they are lacking experience and competence for more complicated conditions.

After adopting a rescue dog, we had to choose a veterinarian to check out some redness in our dog’s eyes. I chose this one initially because they offered emergency care and boarding in addition to many other services. I thought it
wouldn’t hurt to have access to those kinds of services in the future with a place that already had my dog’s history. I have met both doctors but worked mostly with Dr. Marie Couling. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is veryfriendly and concerned for our dog. I have called multiple times after having bouts of diarrhea and they provided tips over the phone and got us an appointment immediately the next day. They are very upfront about pricing and will give you the approximate cost when asked (I feel like sometimes offices try to hide this information or you are surprised with large expenses at the end of the visit). Anytime I have a concern, I feel like I can call them and they will answer my questions or speak with the vet and get back with me within a reasonable time. Most recently, I called and explained the dog’s issues (reoccurring diarrhea). Within an hour I received a call back and was transferred to the vet and we were able to come up with a plan over the phone and they had the medications available that night. They also have a “pet portal” where you can look up medications and other history which is kind of neat. I read reviews on Angie’s list before going to this vet and lots of people talked about turn over (which I feel is irrelevant to the current care). So, I would like to say that the current staff and doctors at this location are wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Very kind, loving. Dog ended up passing away but they did all they could for him. Honest about expected outcome. Have since moved all of our animals to Noahs. Love the vet and her staff. They are wonderful/

I have been coming here for over three years and while the dr's may have changed I cannot say enough good things about My experience here. Everyone from Holly at the front desk, vet techs Frank and Veronica to the vet with the biggest heart dr Couling. They take time to answer your questions, address your concerns and help you so you can make the best decision for your pet and your family. They truly show compassion and concern.

Treated puppy for respiratory infection

My dog had knee stabilization surgery once before at MedVet. It was this experience that made me switch doctors for my dog. When he tore is other ACL and needed his other knee fixed, I was dreading it, even though I had found new vets that I had generally liked and had gotten along with.



Let me say, this experience was leaps and bounds better than my previous experience with the surgery. The vet used sutures instead of staples, my dog was not still drugged when he was returned to me the next day. When he was returned to me, his eyes were not matted shut like they were at Med Vet. He seemed generally happier and was doing much better than his last surgery.



As a bonus, it cost much less than MedVet had cost and they did not try and guilt me in to spending thousands more by selling me 'doggie physical therapy'.



I had like this office and the vet before, now, I am even happier!

This used to be absolutely the best most caring vet in the area. ALL of the staff and vets that other reviewers have raved about are long gone. I think they went through 15 vets in about three years. There are more vets in the Columbus area than MacDonalds, perhaps because there is a vet school here. Shop around. Do not be afraid to fire a vet.

The Vet Dr. Kris Haumschild was outstanding and her assistant was so kind and gentle with our dogs. She got down on the floor with our dogs and spent time with both. Dr. Haumschild diagnosed the chin and ear and said our doodle had a food allergy. As soon as we changed his food the symptoms improved on his chin and ear. It was nice having a vet that took time with our dogs and asked all the right questions to properly diagnose them. I highly recommend Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital.

We have been using Noah's Ark for veterinary care since we moved to Dublin about 2 years ago. Everyone at Noah's Ark is fabulous, from the receptionist (Chris) when you call or walk in to the vet techs and assistants and of course, all the veterinarians (Drs. Jensen, Haumchild and Brys). We had a senior citizen pup when we moved to Dublin and they took great care of him throughout his final years. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive group. Now that we've adopted a rescue pup, I wouldn't take him anywhere else for his care. They are very flexible in setting appointments and it's great to know that someone is always there to help 24/7, if you need them. If you have a pet, treat your pet to the kind of care they deserve...head to Noah's Ark.

Good people...they take time with you, and you can tell that each and every person in the office genuinely loves animals. Even when I left an animal there for extended amount of time they went above and beyond to make sure my pet was okay. They're great...the facility is wonderful and clean. The staff is excellent...it's top notch.

Both my dog and cat enjoy going to Noah's Ark. They're my kids, so I expect a lot from the vet and their staff. I'm very pleased and recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at the clinic was wonderful with my kitties and with me. They were allowed to stay for 6 nights as I had to stay in a hotel. They let me visit my "babies" every day and I got to take them out of their cages and take them in an exam room for some quality time. I am so grateful to everyone there! My cats are fine and adjusting to their new place thanks to Noah's Ark!

Dr West is very patient. My cat was very nervous and Dr West tried her best to make her feel comfortable about the exams and shots. She took plenty of time with my cat and answered all my questions. She is my favorite vet in Dublin! We are very lucky to have this clinic in Dublin.

what i most appreciated was the upfront discussion of the treatment plan and associated costs along with the options.The dog was admitted and there for 3-4 days. During this time Dr Jensen communicated frequently as to his status and the next steps. I felt comfortable calling at any time to check his status with both the Vets and the Techs. They contacted my regular Vet and kept him in the loop on a daily basis.My previous experiences at MedVet were ok, but I never felt that I had much input to the treatment plan. MedVet costs are much higher than here and I feel that the staff at Noah's Ark are more customer friendly and approachable. The location is very convient for me should I need to use their services again. Which I would in a heartbeat!!

The visits have been phenominal. They do a great job, are concerned with the animals as well as the pet owners. The best vets I have ever experienced. The 24-7 emergency service is a great mind-easer and still very affordable. They are able to handle two very large American Bulldog puppies. Great experience everytime.

Dr West was extremely gentle with my cat and my cat responding very well to her even when she put on the Soft Paws.

From the beginning, I knew I had chosen the right vet.The tech tried to ease my cat's stress as best she could(no other vet has done this)Instead of pouring her out of the carrier, she took the top off and lifted her out! The vet was excellent too. She has a great love of animals and has more of an holistic approach...which I like. I was there 90 mintues because I had a long list of questions and they were all answered the way I hoped the would be. The clinic is very active with Rescues which I like as I am in the pet business also. They are a little cheaper than other vets in town and are available 24 hours a day.
