I was referred to Nick by our Realtor. I called him to set up our appointment, and Nick called me back immediately and was very responsive via email as well. He was very detailed in his work, and answered all of my questions as we went through the home. At the end, he will print up the report on the spot, as well as email you a copy of the report. I was very happy with his work, and would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.

My basement walls have cracks and are bowing, so I knew they require repair. Rather than just contacting a contractor, I wanted an inspection by a structural engineer. On a referral from a realtor, I contacted Mr. Sung. He responded promptly to my email and we scheduled an appointment. He explained his standard fee for this kind of work ($275). He was prompt and courteous.

He performed a thorough inspection of the basement and identified all the locations for I-beam supports needed to rectify the structural problems. He emailed a copied of his report that very evening, and I received a hard copy in the mail a couple days later. At my request, he also gave me the names of several contractors that he could recommend to do the work.
