He made what could have been very overwhelming, a very painless process. We knew exactly what we got and what we were getting into...no surprises.
Description of Work: Tim set up everything for the mortgage on our first home. He ran all the numbers and found a mortgage that best suited us and made sure that it would always work for us...no surprises down the road. He took care of every detail so we could focus on finding the perfect home and know that our financing was secure.
