JOEL JOHN CAME OUT TO TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT I WANTED, SINCE THE AREA NEEDED SOMETHING TO REPLACE THE ARBORVITAE, WHICH WERE A PRIVACY SCREEN BETWEEN OUR PATIO AND THE NEIGHBORS' FAMILY ROOM. HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND HE OFFERED ME SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR THE PLANTING. WE DECIDED ON THE BAYBERRY BUSHES. THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK WERE SO VERY POLITE, DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND WERE VERY NEAT ABOUT CLEANING UP. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. I WILL CALL THEM THE NEXT TIME FOR SURE.

SIGNIFICANT DISCREPANCIES IN BILLING, LATE TO START WORK, DID NOT COMPLETE CONTRACT, DID NOT BILL ACCORDING TO AGREED UPON PLAN, DID NOT ALLOW FOR DAMAGE DONE DURING WORK (NO ADJUSTMENT TO BILL) REPRESENTS ITSELF AS HIGH QUALITY FOR PREMIUM PRICE, DID NOT DELIVER QUALITY FOR PRICE
