This is for the Michaels at Easton. The system wouldn't allow me to add it however. I had a concert poster that I wanted framed with museum quality glass, so I took it to Michaels. There was only one person at the counter and she was helping another customer, so I browsed the different colors of mats that were behind the desk. Fortunately, it wasn't long before another employee showed up and started helping me. And, since I'd worked with him previously, I was glad to have his help on choosing the backgrounds and frame. He was careful to wear gloves when handling the poster while scanning it into his computer so we could see the different options. It is very helpful to be able to see, or at least get an idea of what the final product will look like when dealing with artwork (or just a concert poster) in my opinion. Also, I tried not to take up too much of his time, and fortunately no one was waiting behind me probably because it was a weekday afternoon. After settling everything up, the total came to $449.77. But, they had a sale of 60% off, so it only came to $168.74.

Perfectly well. All four pieces look beautiful. The three framed tapestries are especially striking. The staff who helped me were very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew their product well. Some of the frames I liked were out of stock but I liked the frames that I chose.
Description of Work: Framing of four pieces. One was a basic reframe, I just wanted a nicer frame. Three involved stitching and mounting brocade tapestries (approx. 12x24 or 12x36) onto mat and framing.

WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THE HELPERS HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH US PRESENTING US WITH OPTIONS WE WOULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT OF, AND ARE PATIENT WITH US (WE'RE SOMETIMES SLOW TO MAKE DECISIONS). IT SEEMS TO ME THERE ARE QUITE A LOT OF OPTIONS AVAILABLE AS FAR AS FRAMING GOES TOO.
Description of Work: WE HAVE HAD VARIOUS PICTURES FRAMED THERE RECENTLY (PRICE IS APPROXIMATELY PER FRAME JOB). AVERAGE PICTURE SIZE WAS ABOUT 8X10 OR SO. PRICE IS AFTER 50% OFF ENTIRE CUSTOM FRAMING ORDER COUPON (FREQUENTLY AVAILABLE IN THEIR FLIERS IN THE SUNDAY NEWSPAPER).
