UGH! WELL, I HAVE A COMFORTABLE MATTRESS NOW. THE INITIAL VISIT TO THE STORE WAS PLEASANT, BUT THE MATTRESS THEY DELIVERED FELT NOTHING LIKE THE ONE IN THE STORE. IT WAS TERRIBLE. WE ROLLED OFF THE SIDES, AND IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A HALF-FILLED WATER-BED. IT WAS CLEARLY DEFECTIVE. THEY SAID WE NEEDED TO BREAK IT IN. AFTER 10 NIGHTS OF VIRTUALLY NO SLEEP, I EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD REFUSE THE CREDIT CHARGE FOR THIS BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE. THEY OFFERED US A DIFFERENT MODEL THEN SAID WE'D HAVE TO PAY A SECOND DELIVERY CHARGE. WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY FOR A SECOND DELIVERY, SUDDENLY THEY WERE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER 'SAME DAY DELIVERY'. THE SALESMAN TRIED TO STALL US EVERY WHICH WAY, BY DRAGGING HIS FEET IN RETURNING OUR CALLS, TO WARNING US OF BOGUS FEES WE'D HAVE TO PAY TO EXCHANGE A MATTRESS. THIS WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.
