LOSCOCCO & CO INC

I've used Loscocco a couple of times in the past year for miscellaneous jobs around my house, and he and his staff have been wonderful. The first job was to cut a handrail I had purchased, size it for my basement stairs, and install it. The second was to drill a hole high up on my front door, and install a deadbolt, so that my toddler could not open the front door. In the first case, Joe & his employee came out to preview what needed to be done, figured out the exact requirements, and then went to Home Depot to purchase the materials, came back and did immediate installation. In the second case, they could tell what I needed from my description on the phone, and came to the appointment with everything necessary. In each case, they were on-time, pleasant, and professional. Most important, the work was quality, and a reasonable price. They are also easy to reach via phone. I have plans to use them for 2 more upcoming projects already.
