NO curtains installed. "Art" the installer rather eccentric. Didn't have the right "drill bit." NO call back to reschedule despite me telling him this is time critical. NO calls back from multiple messages to the store. THE WORST trying to get ahold of the store people. Overall, VERY BAD SERVICE.

They installed neatly and cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was expensive. I would use them again.

When we originally went to Penny's we were simply looking.  However, Marie V. talked to us and she was more knowledgeable than the companies that came to our home to give us estimates.  She was also interested in helping us get good prices on our new blinds.  She told us that they matched competitor prices + 10% and if we were willing to complete a customer satisfaction survey we could save another 15%.   

We ordered mostly Bali single cell cellular, light filtering blinds, but we also ordered one with remote control, one that was room darkening from Levelor and two natural shades with blackout liners.  The companies that came to our home quoted us over $5000 to do all of these windows, but we were able to do the same thing at Penny's for only $2500, still with high quality custom name brand blinds.  

Marie was so helpful.  We had many questions along the way and we changed colors and styles and she patiently took the time to change everything in they system.  She also took the time to do price matching and most of all, she took the time to let us use Giant Eagle Gift cards (fuel perks) to pay for our purchase - all with a smile on her face.  The level of service she provided was outstanding.

Additionally she recommended Herman Watkins to do the measurements and installation.  He is a fireman and has done blind measuring and installation for over 26 years.  He exceeded our expectations with his knowledge and we were so thankful for Marie for giving his name to us.  I didn't think measuring blinds was going to be difficult or there were things we would need to consider but because we had windows in the corner the headrails would touch and we had to make sure to order a different kind with a smaller headrail.  The installation was flawless and fast.

We also had a quality issue with one blind, but Penny's re-ordered it the same day.

We were thrilled with them and would highly recommend Marie at the Tuttle Crossing Penny's location for your blind needs.

The sales staff was very helpful, explaining the various options and products. One of the blinds delivered was of incorrect size. They fixed the problem and re-ordered the piece. They do not install the blinds. We had that done by a private contractor.

The pictures were finished right away. They did a nice job trying to make my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I took a coupon in I had received in the mail and got a discount on the pictures.

There was a pretty long lapse between the time I called the 1-800 number to schedule an appointment and when I heard from the local studio. Nancy, however, was good about communication. She arrived right on time and came with a car full of ideas. She spent an hour and a half discussing drapery, shades, and blinds with me. We decided not to go with JC Penney due to price (higher than others) and turn-around time on installation (8-9 weeks).

After living in Columbus for 25 years, I am thrilled to have found Kristin Hoehn!! She is the first hair stylist that styles my hair and I don't immediately rush home to adjust something. I feel so proud after leaving the salon! She does such a wonderful job from beginning to end. I always love the color and cut also. Kristin is easy and fun to talk to. I always look forward to my appointment. For anyone that is unhappy with their current stylist, give Kristin a call. She is an absolute gem!

REKHA WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH. I VISITED HER ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE FIRST TIME, SHE SIMPLY WALKED ME THROUGH ALL MY DIFFERENT OPTIONS EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO INTENTION TO BUY AT THE TIME. THE SECOND TIME, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR HER. I HAD A LIST OF ITEMS I'D INTENDED TO PURCHASE. AFTER LOOKING AT MY LIST, SHE REALIZED I COULD GET THE SAME QUALITY FOR LESS PRICE DUE TO A PENDING SALE PRICE. I LISTENED TO HER RECOMMENDATIONS AND AGREED HER CHOICE IN SHADES WOULD SUIT MY NEEDS WITH A MUCH SMALLER PRICE. I APPRECIATE THE TIME SHE TOOK TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME. I HAD COMPARED SEVERAL OTHER WINDOW TREATMENT COMPANIES AND ULTIMATELY FOUND THE BEST PRICE AND SERVICE AT JC PENNY.

STYLIST PENNY THOMAS IS AN EXCELLENT OPERATOR THAT WORKS WITH HER CUSTOMERS TO ACHIEVE THE LOOK THEY WANT.
