We love the new floor. There was more dust involved then we expected. It took two and half days to finish the job but the men worked hard the entire time. We have used Paul Finley in the past for carpet and we really trust him. The floors are perfect for our hundred year old house as they give more than ceramic and are warmer. They seem easy to clean.

We replaced the dark brown 30 year old Tarkett squares floor with Armstrong luxury vinyl floor in the Tuscan pattern. We have a one hundred year old house so the vinyl works much better than hard ceramic. Interior Surfaces removed the old floor and laid down a sub floor before laying the new floor. They removed the furniture and appliances and replaced them after the work was done. They also removed the shoe molding and replaced it. The old floor had some squeaks and creaks which are now gone. The new lighter floor looks fabulous and is so much brighter. It took 2 men, Tom and Randy, three days to complete the project. We have used Paul Finley from Interior Surfaces for many years for carpets and have always been happy.

Sandy and Jeanette were excellent to work with providing great ideas with top products. We were very happy with the results of everything. Their crews did good work at all times.

We got 3 estimates for our flooring project and Interior Surfaces was by far the most reasonable. 2 family members had used them to install carpeting in their homes, and were very pleased with the cost and the quality. We were very pleased with how our project went as well. We dealt with Paul, who was very professional and prompt to return calls. He made several trips to our house, patiently waiting while I labored over decisions regarding color, floor type, etc. I can't say enough good things about him. Although the job took slightly longer than we anticipated, the floors are really stunning and were worth the wait.

There was not good communication between the sales person and the installer. The price was reasonable. We would consider using them again.

Our salesman, Paul Finley, was excellent from start to finish. He went above and beyond to satisfy us. However, I would not use the contract installers that were sent again. In the end, they did a very good job and the finished product is beautiful; however, their work ethic was not up to my standard. If I were to have this company do more work, I would request other installers.

I am very happy with the work performed on my laminate floors. My floor was installed seven years ago and at that time I had purchased two extra boxes of my flooring. It was a good thing I had the extra boxes because the manufacturer no longer makes the color of my floor. I had four large areas that were damaged by water. Interior Surfaces sent two expert installers who were able to pop out the bad sections and replace them with the extra flooring I had on hand. I had worked with Paul Findley when he owned another flooring company and I trusted him to send the right guys for the job. I am thrilled with the results and my floor looks perfect!

We are very pleased with the work performed. The sales rep was punctual when he arrived to give estimate. He made suggestions as to decorative additions for the tub surrounds.He left some samples of tile with us and suggested a tile dealer for more options. He also suggested a price range for tile to make job more reasonably priced. The two individuals who performed the work were very attentive to detail and took pride in doing the job correctly.The installers communicated with us regularly as to progress. They cleaned up completely after themselves. Both bathrooms look totally different and beautiful. e would not have thought of the decorative addition and it makes the tub surrounds look much nicer. We have discussed having them do addiional work in our house.

My experience with them was very good. The company changed names but the owner is the same. They did a good job. They did a kitchen floor and laminate for me few years ago so I knew they were reliable. I didn't compare prices. He gave me options to choose from and that was fine with me. The quality was good.
