Since we lived 9 hours away from Columbus while we were relocating, our purchase required a great deal of coordination over the phone. Teresa helped us coordinate our inspections and helped us stay on track with the paperwork we had to complete for our mortgage broker. Even after working with Teresa, I've called her several times for referrals to roofers, painters, carpenters, and carpet stores. She has always continued to be responsive and helpful. She knows a great deal and she is always happy to share her knowledge with those she works with. I love my house and the way she handled everything. I feel very lucky to have worked with her.
