Furniture - Sales
I MADE AN ORDER OVER $25,000 ON JULY 20. THE RUG WAS DESCRIBED AS 'ONE OF A KIND'. WE FOUND THE EXACT ONE (A 'PROGRAM' RUG FROM IRAN) FOR 30% LESS THAN HAAS DISCOUNT PRICE AT K A MENENDIAN 2 WEEKS LATER. ALSO, WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE THE ONLY DEALER FOR THE FURNITURE WE CHOSE (THERE ARE OVER A DOZEN IN OHIO WITH THE EXACT LINES WE PURCHASED). AFTER 6 MONTHS OF WAITING, AND CALLING REPEATEDLY WITH NO RESPONSE - AFTER AARON HAAS HAD THOUSANDS OF MY DOLLARS WITHOUT DELIVERING FURNITURE, I FILED A COMPLAINT W/ THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. HAAS NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER THE SALE UNTIL MY 100TH CALL TO THE STORE. NEVER DID THEY TRY TO OFFER DATES FOR DELIVERY UNTIL I CALLED REPEATEDLY FOR THREE MONTHS. THEN, DELIVERED ONLY AFTER THE COMPLAINT TO THE AG'S OFFICE.
