Bob saved us a literal FORTUNE with his carpet "magic". Instead of having to replace carpets... Bob would get those stains out and repair torn/damaged areas.
If Bob couldn't do it... nobody could! :)
Additionally, when he said he'd be there... he was there. That was critical in my business.
Last but not least... He's honest. He cleaned many occupied apts and I NEVER, EVER had to worry about anything! PRICELESS! :)

I decided to go with them because I did use them before and they did a really great job. They are just excellent at getting stains out. When a lot of carpet cleaning companies first come and they leave it looks good, but within a day or two all the stains seem to come back. Gore's actually gets the stains out. They haven't done any upholstery cleaning for me. I would use them again in the future if the need arose.

I WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE ANY ONE ELSE CLEAN MY CARPETS AGAIN. HE'S HONEST AND REASONABLE. KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAS GOTTEN EVERY STAIN OUT THAT I HAVE MANAGED TO GET INTO MY CARPET.
