Everything they have done for us has been good. I will recommend them for Lexus owners.

It was free. The vehicle gives me two free oil changes. That's part of Lexus's program. Well, since I have a Lexus under warranty, I would use them again. Everything was as expected.

I am still under warranty with my car. On quality, I was happy with it.On responsiveness really responsive. I was in there hardly any time at all. They were definitely the best practice service center. They attended to me immediately. They told me exactly what they had done. I was out of the door within an hour. I used them before where they had done the 30,000 point is and they had to keep it a long period of time. It was no problem getting a rental vehicle. I had no problem with the service.

I have no problems with them. I love it. One reason I just buy the Lexus is because of the service. I have a 9 year old Lexus and they treat me like I bought a brand new one. They probably charge too much. I don't even pay attention. On price you pay a little more. It's fixed right. I would go back, that's why I buy a Lexus. They're pretty good. They give you a loaner. What more can you ask for? 9 year old car and I have no trouble. They just ask me, do you want a loaner? It's great. They don't want you to for an oil change. If you wanted one, if they had one they would probably let you.

The last time I was there it was under warranty so it (the cost) was zero.

I like how they treat people and their follow up.

It was a special bulb, as the car turns, the light turns with it. They were good. The price was outrageous. I went to three other places and nobody could do it, they said it was a special light. I was a little worried to let it go on because I drive at night, and it was around Christmas time and I thought I don't want to be picked up for having a light out or something.

They were excellent. They are good. It is a dealership so it is expensive but they are good. But if you want to pay the money they are good.

We purchased the vehicle from them and their location is very close to us. A loaner vehicle is always offered for service. Scheduling is very easy and can be done on-line. Communication is very good with them.

I couldn't believe that they REFUSED to fix at least the airbag, a government mandated safety system. Never mind that the price they wanted was $1,500 over the KBB for a dealer sold car in EXCELLENT condition with 58k miles. I had discussed a '97 Toyota Avalon a couple of weeks before and they told me they wanted $2,900. It was on the lot this weekend for $3,900, again referencing KBB. The car had a broken drivers side turn signal that wasn't even repaired with the higher price. And they told me this morning that the vehicle had more mechanical issues than the ES300 and was being sent to auction. NO mechanical issues were ever mentioned before on the Avalon. I've got to believe that it's illegal to knowingly sell an auto that the dealership knows has a major safety flaw. But to be so unethical and unprofessional to not even fix it, even REFUSE to fix it and try and sell it? I know that with older cars they are sold "as is" with no guarantee. But certainly an exception has to be if the dealership knows it has a MAJOR safety problem and does nothing! Germain Lexus of Dublin not only is the most unethical dealer I've ever dealt with, but epitomize BUYER BEWARE in car sales. Buy from this dealership at your own risk. A risk of bodily harm and/or death with their used vehicles. ps. I have the service report outlining the defective issues with the ES300 and the costs. The used car manager even sent me over to the service building to have them go over it with me.

The service was very impressive. They were timely and the people were very friendly as well. There was no pressure at all.

The service was timely and the staff kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. They are very professional with the evaluation. The facility is very clean and your personal contact (who is the same at every appointment) reviews not only the current issue, but upcoming service requirements. They even emailed me the final inspection results and checklists. The service was done as expected and on time. The price seemed to be a little high, but I feel comfortable that it was completed up to Lexus specifications.

Friendly service dept employees. They provide refreshments (bottled water, light snacks, etc) which are VERY much appreciated. This is a small thing and its not like we can't afford our own water/snacks however the convenience of having them available is great. My daughter says...."I always want a Lexus because they take care of you". She's 14 so it looks like a future customer in the works? We'll see. Friendly staff and nice facility

Very detail on provide results of inspection. Fixed the problem in timely manner.

They have great customer service. I get an email to remind me I'm due for an oil change and I also get a newsletter that talks about what's going on at the dealership right now and about special things going on at the service department, which is nice. When you go in there you can have a soft drink or a coffee while you're waiting, they have a TV available you can watch while waiting for your car to be serviced, and there's reading material, which makes the time go faster. It's a good environment. They are a little bit more expensive.

I mentioned the problems I had had with the mirror/windhshield in the past, and that the mirror had been attached to the windshield for 9 months, so I did not believe the windshield was defective as other dealership had suggested. The rep looked at the mirror and agreed. She said the only option was to buy a $1,000+ mirror. I declined. I went home, and realized I had bought parts in the past, so I called the parts department at the Easton Lexus location. The $4 parts were sufficient for the Easton location to reattach the mirror. the problem was fixed for $74, including labor.

Toke 2 and half hour for oil change only. Lucky the waiting area is excellent. Free of charge for head light for delay of service.

We take our old SUV in all the time to make sure things are in there because we travel and my wife travels a lot. We will be using them till our car breaks down.

I saw that this dealership had a type of vehicle that I was looking for. On a whim, I deceided to stop by to see it. I am not sure if I have had an easier time in my car buying history, or about 8 cars. This is clearly a higher end facility than some of the other dealerships that I have been to, and the staff exemplify this standard.

Called to ask Germain to service our Jaguar because we like the service at Germain so much better than Buyers Imports.

They are friendly and accommodating. They do pretty good work. I don't have any complaints.

They were very nice, no pressure. I heard them telling on these people that they didn't need to do things which was very refreshing. It is very nice service. They were very responsive. Everybody who worked there was so nice. I mentioned that I had gone somewhere else for my 90,000 mile service and they were really nice about that. They weren't pushy. They were very accommodating. They got me out when I needed to get out. They gave me a beautiful loaner car for free. They were great. Everybody was very accommodating. It's a very spacious office. They had a really nice big, spacious waiting area with drinks and TVs and magazines.

We spent about $600 on that work. Their service is always excellent.

Check engine light on my Lexus RX300 was on. They diagnosed a rear O2 sensor fault, which they replaced, and a leaking exhaust. Picked up my car, paid the bill and a mile down the road the light came on again. Took it back and they gave me a loaner for the weekend. Picked up the car on Monday, they repaired the exhaust at no charge which they said could have caused the additional codes to be set. Overall, they were very good, but with Lexus, everything is a bit more expensive than it should be.

It has been very good working with them. I have been using their services around fifteen years now. They treat the customer very well here. They are very honest also. If there is something that does not need to be done they will tell us it is fine instead of just doing it and then charging us to do it.
