Arrived on time, after phoning first to see that the date and time were still OK. Worked steadily and cleaned up well afterwards.

He came on time and finished quickly and neatly.

Hurricane Harvey hit our home. We were in Canada at the time. We needed our wet sheetrock etc. removed. Joe and his crew were amazing. They were ready when we got home to start the job. Joe said he always puts tear outs first because you need to remove the wet stuff and get the walls drying as soon as possible. His guys were so professional, courteous and respectful of our property and feelings. They were very kind in helping us through the emotional process too. They ripped out walls, floors etc. They put down tarps so as not to track dirt everywhere. They used vacuums when cutting sheetrock to help keep the dust to a minimum. They even swept the floors before they left. They were amazing to work with. We will be calling them back when we get ready to rebuild. With all the horror stories I am hearing from my friends and neighbors I wouldn’t trust my house to anyone else but Frasure Home Improvements.

Joe was very professional. He was prompt and finished the job the day after he was hired. I would recommend him and will be sure to call him the next time I need a handyman.

Joe was very easy to work with and we felt confident in his ability.. We had a leak in the attic from a/c that had got ceiling sheet-rock wet in a difficult part of the home that stretched from a hallway corner to bedroom corner and closet. He completed the job in a very short time, and was very meticulous about clean up. We definitely will be repeat customers for other projects in the home.

Joe worked me in so he could get the hole in the ceiling closed up. I was losing a/c out the hole, and he got it fixed the first day. Also, textured, painted and hung a new ceiling fan. Left the room cleaner than when he came in. I will definitely be calling them for some other work I need to have done. I definitely recommend them!

Quick response. Provided several options. Gave honest opinions on what products could be used. Worked hard to get work done on a very short time line!

Communication was very good. He did what he said he would do in a timely manner. He did several things to help us out at no extra charge. He is a very nice young man and was very trustworthy. Very considerate of us and tried to keep things as clean as possible during the work. He left things clean so there wasn't a lot of stuff for me to have to clean up when he was gone.

Frasure Home Improvements did a great job. I have already lined him up to do another project in the near future. I highly recommend this company.
