I couldn't ask for more. Heather did the job of framing certificates and interior designing without even seeing the clinic. Her idea about colours and spaces is really good. Plus she is very humble . I don't think I would have received the same one-to-one experience anywhere. She was very patient in explaining the different combinations of frames and mats. When my cousin told me that she had budget constraints, Heather didnt hesitate to re-estimate.
After I took the framed certificates to my cousin, she was so awestruck by the finish. And she couldn't believe how perfectly it blended with her interiors. I got all the compliments thanks to you,Heather!
Now my husband want to get his age old certificate to be framed at the Framing Centre

My employer wanted one of my images framed to be hung in their office. This location did not have a lot of reviews but other locations had good reviews so I decided to give this location a shot and find out by myself. They did not disappoint me, in fact, their service was very good.
A young lady greeted me. I told her that I did not know much about custom framing and she'd need to help me out. That she did, with a smile. She helped me visualize the finished product by putting stock pieces of frame and matting on the picture. I spent a considerable amount of time picking the frame, matting and glass without being hurried. She offered suggestions when asked without imposing herself. She also satisfactorily answered the questions I had. To top it off, she offered a 20% discount that, unbeknownst to me, they were offering in the month of December.
I was given a delivery date of a week later and told that they'd call when it's ready. I got the call 2 days before the official delivery date. I told them that someone else will pick it up but I wanted to see the finished product myself. When I went in, the product was wrapped but the same lady unwrapped it and showed it to me. I do not have an understanding of custom framing but I definitely liked what I saw.
Overall experience, excellent. Price: Very good. I had compared similar framing combination from an Online merchant and the price was considerably higher. That being said, please note that I received a 20% discount. Will I use them again? Yes. Will I refer them to a friend? Yes.

I had a coupon and it was reasonable pricing compared to others, with the coupon. Did not charge me for removing the picture from the original frame. I needed one of the pictures sooner than the others and they did make that happen.
