 + -1 moreFifth Third Bank is consistent in providing poor customer service and mistakes in relationship banking, including not delivering autopay checks on time, losing checks to be deposited into bank ( and charging the account holder for mot providing the checks), placing customers on long hold times of more than 30 minutes while calling in, among others. If you want to do business with a reliable bank- CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK!

 + -1 moreDidnt, perfaps things go better when you actually go into the branch and sit face to face with someone
Description of Work: we filled out online form for mortgage, received approval. Were told to call when we had a house to make an offer on. Called individual we were allegedly assigned to. Did not get a call back for a day and a half,needed preapp letter for sellers went with another mortgage co.
