I was first referred to Sid a few years ago by an attorney friend of mine who spoke highly of him. After talking to various lenders for the re-finance of my mortgage, I chose Sid to organize the re-finance due to his competitive rates and professionalism. Just recently I have moved to a new house, so again I talked to Sid about the new mortgage. Once again, he came up with some great options, and he is always happy to call and talk through options - not just relying on email and a standard approach. During the process of approving the loan, there were some complications due to changes being made by the people buying our home, but Sid was always a calm voice of reason when stress levels were high. While Equity Resources is not a well known brand, having worked with Sid and Leena for several years, I would recommend them to anyone.
