THE CALL BACK CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED AND WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE ENGINEER WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSIONAL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

DO NOT DO WORK WITH RAY. I DON''T KNOW ABOUT MR. MEYERS, THE CONTACT LISTED FOR THIS COMPANY, BUT WORKING WITH RAY WAS A STRUGGLE FROM THE MOMENT HE CAME TO MY HOME. NOT ONLY DID THE REPORT TAKE 3 WEEKS LONGER THAN PROMISED, I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT I WAS EXPECTING AND I DO NOT FEEL THAT ANY OF MY MAJOR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED.

"Client wanted me to state that cracks were not a problem in response to a building inspector's report. This in fact was not the case, The client was upset with my report and never paid our bill."

HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE, AND HE GAVE ME A $50 DISCOUNT FOR BEING LATE! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND HELPFULNESS. HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN HIS REPORT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
