NEGATIVE REPORT - COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN RELIABLE, NOT NOTIFYING THE MEMBER WHEN THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT. NOT DOING BASIC CLEANING. RE: FLOORS, TOP OF REFRIGERATOR,ETC. WHEN MEMBER NOT HOME; THEY DO NOT STAY THE ALLOTED TIME SHE PAYS FOR.
