Description of Work: Received delivered flowers for Valentine's day. The driver stopped at 2pm but didn't have my order, so he said he would be back. Returned about 7pm that evening with the flowers--long day for the delivery person!

 + -1 moreWe ordered a floral arrangement, which was described in some detail on the phone, to include 2 potted miniature roses in a basket with moss and other embellishments. The arrangement was delivered on time but it turned out to be 2 potted miniature roses in a basket with no moss, just pink paper wrapping and a bright blue bow, nothing else. It looked more like something appropriate for a baby shower than a funeral. It certainly didn't look like a $100 arrangement! When we called the owner to complain, he was very rude, and said he had been involved in doing the arrangement himself, and kept interrupting. He never even said he was sorry. He ended the call by abruptly hanging up.
Description of Work: Requested flower arrangement be delivered to a funeral home for a viewing.
