The Sales person's pitch did not meet the company's performance. Parts delays caused by poor planning, a lack of oversight by this company in farming out the work to a contractor, a rude and hostile administrator that did not track orders or follow up on delivery schedules leading to further delays, uneven tilework, very poor grout and sealant and a complete lack of interest toward the end. Also caused unnecessary dry wall damage due to improper sealing of open pipes during bathroom remodel. Excuses and workarounds through out the project.
