Have used them multiple times over the past 3-4 years. Work ranged from two major bath renovations to ceiling fan placement and new ceiling. Andy (the owner) does the estimates and much of the work himself along with his crew. Sometimes takes a few days for him to answer calls for a new job, but very approachable once he's doing a project. Came immediately on a Saturday afternoon when we called him about a leak related to the bathroom project. He and his crew are good about cleaning up after themselves, and good about giving us notice re: delays. Costs have generally been in the middle if you get multiple estimates and throw out the low and high. Dependable and trustworthy- will use them again.

The quality of their work was exceptional. Five people came out to do the work. It took them about four months to do the remodeling of the kitchen and the lower level.

I was very happy with all of the work. They transformed an old nasty bathroom into a clean, beautiful space. The new interior doors are first rate. Looking forward to working with Denbrrok on our next project.

Great job. Only one mishap relative to tile dropped and punched hole through tub. Andy replace tub. Due to this little hiccup had to wait a little bit for new tub, but other than that pretty seamless job.

Andy and team were very easy to work with. They were helpful with design, suppliers, cost estimates, etc. They communicated regularly and were accessible prior to and during the renovation, which lasted about 2 months. They were punctual every day they said they'd be there, cleaned up every day, and communicated any issues or decisions we needed to make. They helped coordinate with vendors/suppliers and were very professional throughout the job. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Both projects went well. We purchased the tile (they let us know how much to get) as well as the toilet, vanity and shower base in our basement bathroom. We also purchased our tile and tub (with faucets, etc) for the upstairs bathroom. Their estimate was clear as to what they would provide and what we needed to provide. They scheduled the work and began on time. They let us know if something needed to dry more (regarding the bathroom in the basement) or whatever stage we were in, if they had to let something set more to make sure the job was done well. We were happy with their work, they were honest and had a very nice staff. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and would use them again. We have had many complements on our downstairs bathroom as well as the tile in the upstairs bathroom and I am sure they will get more work from our friends.

Andy's company was great to work with from start to finish. It was hard for us to find a general contractor who was able to take on our fairly small job, but Denbrook was the right fit. Andy asked the right questions and gave a lot of thought to the details. He had great recommendations throughout the project. Andy worked on the project a lot of the days, but his worker Tony was the project lead. They arrived on time every single day, and on the days that they deviated from the normal schedule due to picking up supplies or whatever, they always made me aware of when they would arrive or when they would be returning. They were trustworthy and I after the first day or two, I felt extremely comfortable leaving my house and having them work in it by themselves. They were a comfortable and professional presence, and the renovation turned out excellent.
I would highly recommend this company. I hope to use Andy and his team again for future contractor needs.

They were superb! They were here every morning on time. The work was guaranteed for a year. We had a defect in some of our materials and they were out to fix it right away. They stand by their work. I would highly recommend them, I would give A+'s if I could!

There was nothing bad done. I chose them because they had done our master bathroom and they did such a good job, we decided to use them again.

They were honest and hardworking and very efficient. We had no complaints with them throughout the entire process and would definitely have them come back if we needed something else done. Very well done and a good overall experience with them.

Overall the project went very well. Denbrook informed us of their expected start date and stuck with it. During the project, we made various changes to the plan. Denbrook was very accommodating and provided open and honest feedback as to the feasibility of our request as well as the additional time and costs involved. During the duration of the project, Denbrook was very accessible and always returned my calls promptly.
For anyone who is considering a project, I would recommend getting a quote from Denbrook.

We were really happy with our master bath so now we're having him do the kitchen. They did everything well as far as we were concerned. They can be patient with goods. The quality of their work and the price was good. There wasn't anything we weren't satisfied with.

They were fantastic. We highly recommend them. If we get another house, we will have them do it again. We have to schedule it in advance, but they are worth it.

The workmanship was excellent. The project to remodel two bathrooms started and ended on schedule. They were always prompt, courteous, and left the work area spotless. The project went exactly as planned.. Final cost matched the estimate. They were very helpful in making some good suggestions, but still listented to what we wanted and delivered on that. Both bathrooms turned out great. They did a fantastic job.

I have used Denbrook for work at a rental property I own and based on the high quality of work they performed for me there I also recently had Andy do some work at my own house. Andy is punctual for appointments and fair in his estimates. He showed up on time both when we met for the estimate and on the day he said the project would be started. Andy brought his father to help on this project. Andy and his dad looked at the outside of the house and through the basement before starting to plan their approach. Since they were drilling through the front they wanted to make the entry point perfect. They took their time and did a very good job making sure that the holes they were drilling were the correct size for the conduit to run into the house as well as taking time not to damage the stone work on the front. Once the electrical cable was run into the house, they stapled and drilled to pull the wire cleanly to the electrical panel. They then installed a GFI outlet and weatherproof cover on the box outside where I would be plugging in the electric. The finished job looks very professional which I appreciate. They also finished at the time they had estimated for the project to be done so I could make it back to the office in time for some afternoon meetings I had scheduled.

Andy and his father were very friendly, very professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend using them and appreciate the great work they have done for me.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. There were always at least 2 people working on the job, which was one of my prerequisites because I have experienced the sole contractor who worked 4 hours a day because they were out doing other estimates or jobs. Denbrook stuck to the job until completion! They were professional, easy to work with, competitively priced and highly skilled. We are picky and they did not disappoint!
