They sent some techs that did not know what they were doing. Started our pool with no filters in the system. Then only after multiple calls did they come out and put some really old filters in the system. Pool is a mess - they have not been responsive in fixing the situation. Pool water is now green.  I will have to by new filters that the stole from us last fall.

They do not return calls. They are not responsive. They just make up stories - I have caught them multiple times in lies that someone at the store or in service just made up.

I've been dealing with them since the beginning of the season and our pool has never been right. They test the water and then give the appropriate chemicals. It looks as bad if not worse then it did. They just keep telling me it needs more chemicals, different chemicals. Nothing is working. They keep giving me mixed messages and their stories never match up and there's a lot of contradictions.

Contracted with Commercial Pools and had good communication throughout project. All details were attended to by contractors. Special requests to install pool mosaics and jump rock were accomodated and well executed. Work was done constantly but the project did take some time.

Charlie scheduled this inspection on very short notice (the day before). He was on time and very thorough. He had a very good working knowledge of pools and was able to provide lots of details about the pool from the inspection. The pool was a very old pool and the present owner had divulged some issues, but Charlie uncovered quite a few additional issues that would need attention. This allowed us to modify our original offer based on the information supplied by the pool inspection.

YOU CAN TAKE YOUR POOL WATER SAMPLE TO THEIR OFFICE AND HAVE IT TESTED. IT IS A WONDERFUL SERVICE. THE COMPANY HAS DONE OTHER WORK ON OUR POOL AS WELL.
