Barbara Hoyt is excellent. She was the one who sold me this house. We closed on the 29th of December. It was my Christmas gift and we held a New Year's party here. She was really good. She didn't try pushing me into anything, but I was asking to see certain houses and she arranged for that and then she would say, "Oh! If you like the look of this…here these are the ones." and as I made comments, she said, "Oh! So you like x…y and z…" and made notes mentally. She was very good at narrowing down what I would and wouldn't be interested in. She was extremely responsive. I would definitely use her in the future if I have any realtor work to be done.
