Centennial Home Mortgage use bogus interpretation of VA appraisals and by giving clients verbal interpretation that favored them, instead of giving clients their VA appraisal that the client paid for. The truth of the appraisal is in the price per sq ft showing the house to be bought is priced too high. Reason for bogus interpretation. The client has formed a complaint with the VA. But other VA clients need to be warned as follows: (1) Do not go to closing without carefully reviewing price per sq ft, found on the second page of the appraisal. (2) Do not accept any verbal interpretation, make sure you get your appraisal before closing that you paid for. (3) You do not have to go to closing if you do not agree with the appraisal?s price per sq ft and VA policy is that you get your earnest money back. (4) If the appraisal?s price per sq ft is too high the VA policy is that the lender has to sell it to you at the VA appraised price per sq ft value. (4)VA policy is that the lender must give the appraisal to the VA client that paid for it. And that the house be sold for the appraisal.
