Everything went perfect. I had something very specific and very custom in mind. I worked with both Peggy Stein (mainly) and Michelle (initially) to complete the job. They listened to exactly what I wanted and the job turned out beautifully. I had four custom made, floor to ceiling, functional (ripplefold) panels custom made along with a custom ripplefold rod for my greatroom. Simply beautiful. The panels are 6 horizontal wide stripes that were hand sewn and lined. Communication is fantastic. The price is right and installation was perfect. UNLIKE ONE OTHER BUSINESS THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR AN ESTIMATE. Beware of places that do business that way. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT. A+

There were several mistakes on the original email confirmation (incorrect style, a window missing, etc.)which were then changed. The drapes she received do not block out the sun (due to fabric and/or style) and some trim is missing. I don't think the salesperson paid enough attention to what my daughter wanted and hurried the order. She may have received what she paid for, but not what she wanted. Consequently, she is disappointed with this purchase.

I went to the store with pictures of my window wall. The salesperson that helped me was Sandra. She was so very helpful in deciding what I could do with the windows, then helped me make my selections of fabrics and styles. They were very meticulous in making sure I had all the correct measurements(which I did not pay for someone to come out and measure).
When it all came in, I did pay for installation..the man was very nice and particular that everything looked perfect.
I am so happy with the window treatments! I was surprised that the cost was affordable..maybe on the high end of affordable...but the finished product was exactly as it was supposed to be!!!
I will definitely use them for other decorating projects.

I had excellent service, very professional and done in a timely manner. The price was a bit high, but I did get the quality to match the price. The installer was great, very meticulous and detail oriented.

Staff is helpful. Wide selection of fabrics. Finished product looks very good. I like that it is a store so I could go in and look through fabrics on several occasions at my convenience without an appointment. They quoted a production time of 10-12 weeks which I thought was very long since it was outdoor furniture in winter I didn't really need it quicker but typically I would not be willing to wait that long. I received it exactly at 12 weeks. I had asked to have fabric scraps returned, they agreed and wrote request on my receipt. Did not return any fabric scraps. I'd buy fabric from them again but uncertain if I'd use for upholstery unless they reduce turn-around time.

I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN SO PROFESSIONAL AND DOES SUCH QUALITY WORK. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
